This contract will be a firm fixed price, limited duration airport construction project.
The Design/Build team's price should be inclusive for "any and all" necessary work and "any and all" necessary costs to bring the project to a successful and satisfactory completion as determined by the Airport.

Question: Where will the control panel for the access control be located. Answer: In the existing phone room.
Question: Is a Knox Box required. Answer Yes.
Question: Two or three interior cameras? Answer: Three.
Question: Night Vision Required? Answer. No.
Question: Does the CCTV system require external video monitoring? Answer: No.
